These recipes are part of the Holistic Wander experience and are designed to be easy to prepare, plant-forward, and supportive before or after movement, sound, community gatherings, or moments of personal reset.

A calming floral infusion for Nourish & Flourish

Ingredients

Makes: 8 small servings

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 3 tablespoons dried chamomile tea leaves or caffeine-free chamomile tea
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender, or 2 tablespoons fresh lavender
  • 1–2 tablespoons dried food-grade rose petals, or a small handful of fresh unsprayed rose petals
  • Optional: monk fruit sweetener, to taste
  • Optional garnish: rose petals, lavender sprigs, or lemon slices


Directions

  1. Bring filtered water to a gentle simmer. Do not boil hard.
  2. Turn off the heat and add chamomile, lavender, and rose petals.
  3. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain well.
  5. Taste and add monk fruit sweetener only if desired.
  6. Serve warm in small cups, or chill and serve over ice.


Iced Version

After straining, let the infusion cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then serve over ice with a few rose petals or a small lavender sprig for garnish.


Warm Version

Serve immediately after steeping in small tea cups or insulated cups. Keep warm in a thermal carafe for easy event service.


Flavor Profile

Soft floral, lightly earthy, calming, and subtly sweet if monk fruit is added.

A refreshing citrus and cucumber drink with lemon, lime, and mint.

A cooling citrus-mint infusion for everyday hydration.

Ingredients

Makes: 8 small servings

  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice for a stronger citrus flavor
  • Optional: monk fruit sweetener, to taste
  • Optional: tiny pinch of mineral salt or sea salt
  • Ice, if serving chilled


Directions

  1. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves to a large pitcher or beverage dispenser.
  2. Pour filtered water over the ingredients.
  3. Gently stir to release the citrus and mint flavor.
  4. Cover and let infuse for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Taste and add a small amount of monk fruit sweetener or a pinch of sea salt only if desired.
  6. Serve iced or at room temperature.


To Serve Iced

Add ice directly to glasses or to the beverage dispenser shortly before serving. Garnish with a cucumber round, lemon slice, lime slice, or fresh mint sprig.


To Serve Room Temperature

Prepare at least 30–60 minutes before serving and allow the ingredients to naturally infuse. Keep covered and serve in small cups for a clean, spa-style refreshment.

Fresh, crisp, citrus-forward, cooling, and lightly herbal.
